The Perfect Investment?

Meditation.

Comfort on the cushion.
Less anxiety.
Peacefulness. Simplicity.

A good thing to be doing, if we have the time to do so . . .

Here’s what else meditation, if genuinely engaged, will bring about:

Your healthy food will become tastier . . .

You’ll find yourself dancing, inwardly and outwardly, not only to music, but to the voices of friends, family, nature, etc. . . .

Refreshing sleep will come more easily . . .

Smiling will increase, and be noticed . . .

Your words will become less careless; sensing your truths have deepened, people will listen more closely to what you say, as integrity increases, so does trust . . .

Vices and unwholesome habits will become less frequent; becoming dull and boring, they will (refreshingly) be left behind . . .

Your happiness will bubble up from deep inside, float into the environment and burst as moments of joy for those around you . . .

What you’ll come to learn will amaze you.

Sounds interesting?
Well, it is certainly that, and much more.

But it can’t be purchased in the marketplace or online, nor can others bestow it on you. And, while It won’t cost you a dime, the richness you’ll experience is immeasurable.
(The perfect investment?)

Meditation practice is a core aspect of the Buddhist path . . .
and you need not be a Buddhist to engage.

You need only to begin.
